Returns, Exchange, and Refunds

l need to return an item

Any returns or problems that occur because of an error or defect on our part will be handled at our expense. Please send us an email at support@coastaladdiction.com with an image of the defect and a brief explanation. 

If something arrives damaged, send a photo of the damaged product to support@coastaladdiction.com, then we'll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.

I need exchanges on an item

If the customer would like to exchange or return a product without any defect or due to a wrong size being ordered that would be handled at the customers expense by placing a new order and return shipping of the initial ordered item at customers expense. 

I would like a refund on an item

If a customer would like a refund on a non-defective product we will make every attempt to correct the situation but if the customer would like a refund on a product that has been previously worn, washed, or is not with any defect from the manufacturing process we will handle these on a case by case basis and ask that you please contact us at support@coastaladdiction.com to allow us to properly address the customers situation.
